Alan H. Singer, DDS, OMFS, FACD, FICD, is a well-versed oral and maxillofacial surgeon who diagnoses and treats patients at his private practice in Chevy Chase, MD, which he established din 1981. Trained in facial reconstruction, maxillofacial pathology, TMJ treatment, and orthognathic surgery, Dr. Singer specializes in implant surgery and dental alveolar surgery (extractions, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting). As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, he has dedicated training and unique experience in surgery of the face, mouth, and jaws. His professional journey spans forty years.
