Treating people the way he would want to be treated, Dr. Singer is a certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon specializing in reconstruction of the face and mouth. Since 1981, he has been practicing a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal at his private practice in Chevy Chase, Maryland. He has been extensively trained in maxillofacial pathology, facial reconstruction, orthognathic (jaw) surgery, & TMJ treatment. He also has special interest in dental alveolar surgery, including wisdom teeth removal, extractions, bone grafting, & dental implant surgery. Having grown up in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Singer graduated from Brooklyn College. He began his dental training in Washington, D.C. and graduated at the top of his class at Howard University College of Dentistry. He completed his residency in oral & maxillofacial surgery at Howard University College of Dentistry, the Washington, DC VA Medical Center, and DC General Hospital, where he also served as chief resident in his last year.
